This Privacy Policy applies to the XR application Medical Sim: Surgical & ER Crash Cart (the "Application"), built for the Meta Horizon OS platform.

1. Data Collection (Compliance with VRC.Quest.Privacy.2)

We firmly believe in user privacy. The Application is a localized simulation tool. We do not collect, store, transmit, or harvest any personal information, gameplay statistics, or tracking data from our users. All application states and training modules are handled entirely locally on your device.

2. Device Permissions & Mixed Reality (Compliance with VRC.Quest.Privacy.3)

The Application utilizes Meta Horizon OS system features including Mixed Reality Passthrough and Hand Tracking to deliver the simulation experience.

Passthrough & Camera Feed: The camera feed used to render your physical environment is processed strictly at the hardware level by Meta's operating system. The Application cannot access, record, or view your physical room or camera video feed.
Hand Tracking: Hand skeletal data is utilized locally and in real-time solely to allow interaction with virtual instruments and drawers. This data is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

3. Data Deletion Requests (Compliance with VRC.Quest.Privacy.4)

Because the Application does not collect, store, or manage any user data on external servers, there is no user data to delete. If you wish to remove any local cache or save states generated locally on your headset, you may simply uninstall the Application from your Meta Quest device.
